The Mediation and Training Collaborative (TMTC), in collaboration with

the Holyoke Community College Center for Workforce Training and

Development, is offering a 30-hour, four-session training in Holyoke on

November 7, 13, 14 and 20, 9 am to 5:30 pm each day. This highly

interactive, practice-based training is open to anyone wishing to

increase ability to help others deal with conflict, whether through

formal mediation or in other professional settings. Individual attention

and coached mediation practice provide opportunity for participants to

integrate skills learned. 74-page manual, refreshments, parking, 30

social work CECs and 8 attorney CLEs included in $575 fee. This training

meets Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court training requirements.
